In order to be eligible to use the services provided by the camping Les Rouches, campers are requested to read carefully the conditions below
These conditions govern the sale of holidays and take effect from the moment the booking is placed
By booking, the camper fully agrees to our terms and conditions and it implies complete compliance with the house rules and regulations.
Reservation conditions
Bookings take effect only after being validated by the campsite. The booking will be confirmed once the deposit and booking fees have been received, and the booking form (completed and signed) has been returned, or the on-line general sales conditions have been accepted
All reservations are upon request, upon availability and after agreement of the campsite.
The campsite remains free to accept or deny a reservation, according to availabilities, or in general to any circumstance that could impact the quality and safety of the guest’s stay
The reservation of a pitch is strictly personal. Any sublease or re-assignment has to be agreed and confirmed by the campsite
Minors under 18 have to be accompanied by their parents or legal tutors
Prices and local tourist tax
The rates indicated are per night in euros. VAT is included
The rates are valid for 2021
They include :
- The rent of a pitch for 2 people
- A room for the caravan, tent
- A room for the car / motorbike
- Access to the sanitary facilities
Booking fees are offered
They do not include the local tourist tax of 0,22 euros per day per person (from April 1st to September 30th)
Terms of payment
For any reservation a deposit of 33 % of the total amount is required at the moment of booking.
The balance has to be settled upon arrival.
For any arrival without previous reservation, the total amount will be paid upon arrival.
Cancellations and modifications
1.Change of your reservation
Guests can request their booking to be changed with a written letter or email, depending on availabilities and possibilities. No booking transfer to the next season will be accepted.
In the event of impossible changes, the guest will have to use his/her reservation or cancel it at his/her own costs (refunds will depend on his/her own private cancellation insurance terms)
Any request for an extension of the duration of the stay is subject to an approval by the campsite according to the availabilities and rates at the time of the request.
Any request of shortening the duration of the stay is considered as a partial cancellation, and is therefore subject to the terms of cancellation rules.
2.Interrupted holiday
Any holiday interrupted or cut short (late arrival, early departure) on the customer’s part will not result in any refund being made.
3.Cancellation by the campsite
As a precaution for the safety of guests, due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure: unavoidable occurrences such as force of nature….), the guest will be refunded the amount already paid.
In case of cancellation by the Camping des Rouches, except in cases of force majeure, all monies paid will be refunded. This cancellation shall nevertheless not incur the payment of damages and interest.
4.Cancellation by the guest
In case of a cancellation, the deposit is not refundable, but could be postponed to another period according to the same rate basis. The camping des Rouches will not support any financial loss.
YOUR STAY
1.Arrival
Days and arrival time can vary. It will be defined at the time of the reservation, or a few days prior to the guest’s arrival.
2.During your stay
It is the camper’s responsibility to take out insurance. The camper is personally responsible for his own belongings (bike etc…).
The responsibility of the campsite, beyond its legal responsibility, does not apply in the following cases: theft, loss, damage or any other incident of any kind, during or after a stay
The campsite accepts no responsibility or liability in case of any incident involving the liability of the camper. All the guests have to comply with the house rules and regulations. Each named tenant is responsible for disturbances and nuisance caused by persons staying with or visiting them.
3.Departure
All departures have to take place before 12.00 noon.
The pitch must be left perfectly clean (all rubbish must be taken to the waste bin). Any broken items or damage will be charged, along with any repairs to the premises, if that should prove necessary (electric plugs).
The rented tents should be returned in perfect state of cleanliness. An optional 5-euro cleaning is available.
For any delayed departure, you may be charged for an additional day at the price applicable for that night
Privacy and image rights
Unless you expressly object, you authorize the campsite Les Rouches, as well as any of its representative to photograph you, record you or film you during your stay and to use the images, pictures, sounds, recordings and videos on all media (in particular the website and the facebook page of the campsite). This authorization applies both to you and to the people staying with you. Its sole purpose is to promote the campsite Les Rouches and should not damage your reputation in any way. This authorization is granted free of charge, for all countries and for a period of 5 years
Dispute
Any potential complaint concerning non-compliance of facilities with regard to contractual obligations must be notified by mail or e-mail to the manager of the campsite
Any complaint made in relation to the succesful unfolding of the stay must be notified by registered letter within 30 days after the stay
Computer data and freedom
The information provided at the time of booking will not be transmitted to third parties. This information is considered to be confidential by the campsite Les Rouches. It will be used only by the internal services of the Rouches campsite, to process your order and to strengthen and personalize the communication and the offer of services reserved for the customers of the campsite Les Rouches according to your interests.
